Need Guidance? Simply provide your contact details, and we’ll reach out within 12 hours to discuss your needs.
2. Collaborative Design:
Together, we’ll create a design that reflects your essence or that of your loved one.
We’ll discuss preferred photos, visuals, content, colours, and fonts to ensure it aligns perfectly with your vision.
3. Transparent Pricing:
Once we understand your needs, we’ll provide a clear cost estimate.
A 50% deposit is required before design begins.
4. Review and Refine:
You’ll receive an initial digital proof via email for your feedback and revisions.
We ensure the design meets your expectations.
5. Optional Printed Mock-Up:
For added peace of mind, a printed mock-up closely resembling the final product can be provided (additional cost).
Final payment is required before proceeding with mock-ups or printing.
6. Delivery Tailored to You:
Planned Funeral: Provide designated contacts to share details upon your passing (date of death, funeral arrangements).
We offer:
Prompt delivery within 2 business days (printed copies)
Print-ready files for your chosen print supplier
For Loved Ones: We’ll handle everything.
7. Digital Keepsake:
All orders include a digital copy for your records.
The final version is emailed to the designated contact upon passing.
